  1. The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. The subscription fee, as well as any additional charges, will be billed to the payment method you provide at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  2. The Service includes phone and email support for technical issues, as well as monthly check-ins with a dedicated support representative. The Company does not guarantee that all technical issues will be resolved, but will make every effort to do so in a timely manner.

  3. The Service does not include on-site support or repair services. If on-site support is required, additional charges may apply.

  4. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

  5. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of business, loss of data, or other pecuniary loss.

  6. The Service is provided "as is" and the Company makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Service.

  7. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of United Kingdom.

  8. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

  9. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

  10. The Company may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms of service.
